KUKOREVO 2, SOLD!
Nobinter EOOD, the Bulgarian subsidiary of Nobesol Levante S.L. has successfully completed the 3,400,000 euros sale of the Kukorevo 2 solar park. The park was connected up to EVN electricity grid this year in March. It is made up of 7,234 LDK solar modules, 500kw SMA inverters and Scheneider Electric switchgear.

SOUTH AMERICA. NOBESOL IS ON ITS WAY THERE.
Nobesol Levante is analysing the construction of a 30 Mw power plant in South America, commencement of which is planned for the end of this year. The legal, administrative and technical processes shall commence in June this year with the first trip programmed. The entire staff is highly motivated about the beginning of a new stage in Latin America.
NOBESOL, ROMANIA AND 140 MW.
Nobesol Levante S.L. has reached an agreement with a Romanian Developer company to undertake a management project with a total installed power of 140 Mw. The Nobesol technical team shall be responsible for engineering for the project as well as technical advice for the works.
NOBESOL NOW HAS THE SGS ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATE.
Nobesol Levante obtained the SGS accreditation certificate for the operating procedure: PO 12.3 REGARDING THE RESPONSE OF WIND AND PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATIONS AGAINST VOLTAGE DIPS ACCORDING TO RD 1565/2010 DATED 19 NOVEMBER, in the Olmedilla de Alarcón Plant, which is one of the first high power installations to obtain this certificate. To archive this, the inverters had to be fitted with special devices capable of supporting the voltage dip according to the voltages represented in PO 12.3 on voltages and times. It was also necessary to modify the setup of the substations protection elements to be able to support the dips without tripping, enabling the newly installed equipment to operate instead of being isolated.
KUKOREVO II, CONNECTED!
Nobinter EOOD connects the Kukorevo 2 solar park, with installed power of 1.7 Mw, to the Bulgarian network. The park has 7,234 LDK modules and three 500 Kw SMA inverters. The fastening structure is made of aluminium and is fixed. The park has the latest technology in monitoring and safety systems, enabling the Nobinter maintenance team to have absolute control over the solar park.
TWO NEW SALES FOR A TOTAL OF 12,2 MW.
Nobinter EOOD, the Bulgarian Subsidiary of Nobesol Levante S.L. successfully completed the sale of 9.7 Mw to the company Sky Solar Bulgaria EOOD. The 9.7 mw are divided between four power generation parks that vary between 1.7 and 4.5 Mw. The connections are planned for the middle of May 2012. In this same month, the subsidiary also signed a 2.5 Mw sales contract in Bulgaria with the German firm, Sun Value GmbH.
LATEST OPERATIONS IN BULGARIA.
Nobinter EOOD finalised the sale of 4.5 Mw in Bulgaria with the company Astroenergy Bulgaria EOOD, a subsidiary of Grupo Chint. With this operation, Nobesol finalises a long stage in this country where a total of eight projects have been developed, including the Botevo solar plant with con 2 Mwp, Kukorevo with 1.7 Mwp, etc.

NOBESOL INAUGURATES BOTEVO 1.
Nobesol has connected the biggest photovoltaic plant in the Republic of Bulgaria, a 2 Mwp installation. Located in Botevo (Tundja), it will produce 2.637.821 KWh per year.
KUKOREVO IS UNDER WAY.
Nobesol Bulgaria has begun to work on its second solar field, a 3.5 Mwp park, in the town of Kukorevo. The connection of this park is forecast for the end of 2009. This is the second park that Nobesol is developing in Bulgaria, which together with all the other projects under development, adds up to a total of 35 Mwp.
NOBESOL CONNECTS WITH BULGARIA.
Nobesol Bulgaria has finished and connected its first photovoltaic solar park, a 2 Mwp installation, to the EVN electrical grid. Currently, this is the biggest park installed in the whole of Bulgaria.
WORK HAS STARTED IN BULGARIA.
After 6 months of legalisation, Nobesol Bulgaria starts the work of construction of the first solar park (which they will build) in Bulgaria, with a power unit of 2Mwp. This solar park is situated in Botevo. This park will be the first one, which will be connected to the electric network of the Austrian company EVN, in the Tundja region. The finish date of the construction for this park is expected to be at the end of July.
NEXT STEP: GREECE AND FRANCE.
The beginning of activity in Greece and France has advanced in a good rhythm. Nobesol will start its operations with an initial volume of 15.5Mw. Nobesol is concluding details for its arrival in these countries. Everything is expected to be at end of 2009. Initially it will be a project of 5.5Mw in France and two projects in Greece of 4 and 6Mw respectively. The objective is to achieve in total an amount of 25Mw approximately.
NOBESOL BULGARIA FINISHED ITS PROMOTION OF 20 MW.
Nobesol Bulgaria has finished the promotion of 20Mw which was developed in Bulgaria. Those 20Mw which are divided in solar parks of even 5Mw. The activity of construction will be developed during the period 2009-2010, very near to the Greek and Black Sea.
NOBESOL OPENS A NEW DELEGATION IN BULGARIA.
After a period of exploration and research in the country, Nobesol goes through frontiers opening a new delegation in Bulgaria. With central office located in Sofia and under the denomination of Nobesol Bulgaria EOOD, the company will make promotional and construction works of solar parks, such as the maintenance works when the park is connected.

NOBESOL LEVANTE FINISHES THE CONEXION OF THE 50 MW IN "OLMEDILLA".
Nobesol Levante finishes the works in Olmedilla de Alarcon after 16 months, 270.000 modules and a total investment of 384 million Euros. The solar park of Olmedilla de Alarcon after connecting their 50Mw, has become one of the most important solar park in the world, obtaining the Definitive Inscription in the Registration of Producers in Special Regime of the solar park.

THE SOLAR PARK IN "OLMEDILLA DE ALARCÓN" HAS BEEN INAUGURATED.
On the 2 of April the official inauguration of the solar park in Olmedilla de Alarcon took place. This started at 10:00am with a breakfast in the Parador de Alarcon, followed by the presentation conducted by the mayor of Olmedilla, Mister Javier Hernandez Herreros, Manuel Argüelles Linares (head engineer of Nobesol) and Noel Belloch Carrasco (manager of Nobesol Levante). After the presentation had finished, all the guesses were taken to have a guided tour around the installations of the park. At 14:00pm everybody returned to the Parador de Alarcon to taste traditional food of the area. This event had a great sense of emotion, because of the challenges that have been faced in every moment to conclude this project. The agency in charge of the organisation Distintive, was also valencian.
NOBESOL NOW OWNS AND OPERATES THE SECOND TERM CONTRACT OF THE PHOTOVOLTAIC PARK INSTALLED AT THE "OLMEDILLA DE ALARCÓN" WITH A TOTAL POWER OF 36 MWP.
Nobesol will construct on behalf of the promoter company 300 network connection photovoltaic systems, capable of 120Kwp per unit.Combining this construction plus the original park capable of 24 Mwp adds a total of 60Mwp, becomming the biggest solar park in the world, because of the total power installed.The length of time expected for this second phase is 7 months.

Nobesol has commenced construction of two hundred network connection photovoltaic systems with a power unit of 120 Kwp. The park is located in Olmedilla de Alarcón (Cuenca) and has a total power of 24 Mwp.
